At SINGER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home appliances and sewing equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and promotional materials to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
